The semifinals are set at the 80th Annual Greenwood Blue Gold Tournament in Springfield.
Nixa, the top seeded team in the Gold Division, will play the Branson Pirates at 4:00 p.m. Monday to start semifinals night at Great Southern Bank Arena, with #2 Hartville taking on unseeded West Plains at 5:30 p.m.
Top seeded Logan-Rogersville will meet the 4th seeded Glendale Falcons at 7:00 p.m. in the Blue Division semis, with second seeded Willard taking on #3 Republic at 8:30 p.m.
Here are the scores from Saturday’s quarterfinal round play at the Blue and Gold:
Gold Division Quarterfinals (Great Southern Bank Arena):
Final: (1) Nixa 84, Strafford 47 (Ty Kellis scored 21 points to lead the Eagles into the semifinals)
Final: (5) Branson 72, (4) Bolivar 68 (Jett James scores 26 points and Wyatt Ray adds 23 as the Pirates come back from being down 18 points in the 3rd Quarter. Colton Ingold scores 22 in a losing effort for the Liberators)
Final: (2) Hartville 61, Mt. Vernon 43 (Gus Sinning scores 21 points and Mason Cogdill added 20 as the Eagles pulled away in the 2nd half)
Final: (OT) West Plains 73, (3) Ozark 69 (Ozark’s Jack Sallie hit a three pointer with 39 seconds left in regulation to force overtime, but Jared Kraft gave the Zizzers the lead for good with 55 seconds left in the extra frame. A steal by Gavin Kenslow in the closing seconds sealed the win for West Plains. Kraft finished with 39 points, while Kylan Pickren scored 39 to lead the Tigers).
Blue Division Quarterfinals (Great Southern Bank Arena):
Final: (1) Logan-Rogersville 68, Crane 38 (Chase Branham scores 19 and Jack Sutherland added 18 points to pace the Wildcats)
Final: (4) Springfield Glendale 91, (5) Marshfield 67 (The Falcons led 45-40 at the half before outscoring the Blue Jays 29-11 in the 3rd period to pull away. Joelle Rover’s 32 points paced the Falcons. Marshfield’s Cannon Thornhill was held to 17 points)
Final: (2) Willard 57, (7) Clever 50 (Colbee Mowell–14 points and Uzziah Huskisson–12 points led a balanced scoring attack for the Tigers, who trailed early)
Final: (3) Republic 60, (6) Mountain Grove 54 (The Panthers kept it close throughout. Brody Blades scored 21 points to lead the Tigers to the semifinals)
