WICHITA, Kan. – After pushing Evangel to a pair of wins last week and helping the Valor move to 15-1 on the season, graduate guard Cassidy Hambelton was named the KCAC Defensive Player of the Week.

- Also finished with 11.5 points per game as Evangel remained perfect in KCAC play.
- This is Hambelton’s first time this season earning the honor.
